POLYGON - City Pack - Art by Synty contains 331 low poly assets for creating a polygonal city environment, covering modular buildings, roads, parks, props, characters, vehicles, and other environment pieces. Modular sections can be assembled in different combinations, with alternative texture colors, included collision, and a demo scene for arranging the supplied city elements.

City Buildings and Environment

The modular building collection includes Modular Vintage Office Buildings, Modular Modern Office Buildings, Modular Apartment Set, Modular Road Set, Modular Shop Fronts, and Modular Park Set. Additional structures include a Station building, City hall, BusStop, Bridge Road, Rooftop Access, Fire Escape Stairs, Shop Covers, and Subway Entrances.

Scene dressing is covered by 17 Large prop signs, 10 Shop interior props, 33 Billboards + Signs, 8 Traffic light props, 3 Trees, 7 Modular vents, 9 Modular pipes, 4 Aircon Units, 2 Security cameras, and 7 Trash bins / bags. These components can be combined with the modular sections to build streets, building exteriors, commercial areas, and other city layouts.

Characters and Vehicles

The pack includes 30 characters, with named appearances including Male Police Officer, Female Police Officer, Businessman, Male Shirt Businessman, Business Woman, Male With Hoodie, Male With Jacket, Female With Jacket, and Female with Coat.

Eight vehicles are included: Ambulance, Police Car, Taxi, Sedan, Small Smart Car, Medium 4x4 Car, Van, and Muscle Car. Together with the police and civilian characters, these assets can support populated city scenes and urban gameplay environments.

Unity Compatibility

The pack supports the Universal Render Pipeline (URP). Characters are set up to work with Mecanim, but animations are not included. Mixamo animations can be used with the characters, allowing developers to supply their own animation content separately.

A demo scene is included, and the modular sections are intended to be pieced together into different combinations. Collision is also included for the environment assets, providing collision data alongside the visual city components.
