City Characters - Modular Animated Pack contains 300 unique animated 3D characters, made up of 90 professional characters and 210 everyday city characters, with separate clothing models for modular customization. The pack also includes a character customization tool, more than 150 thematic animations, 100 props, 13 animal models, character and asset icons, and a movement controller. The characters cover Adult, Plus-size, Pumped, Senior, Teen, and Child body types, giving city scenes a range of character configurations.

Characters and Customization

The 300-character collection is divided between professional and everyday city models. The professional group covers roles including Actor, Architect, Artist, Basketball PL, Bicyclist, Builder, Businessman, Businesswoman, Captain, Cashier, Cleaner, Cook, Courier, Dealer, Doctor, EMT, Farmer, Firefighter, Football PL, Gardener, Garbageman, Hairdresser, Housemaid, Patient, Policeman, Prisoner, Repairman, Saver, Security, Stewardess, Swimmer, Teacher, Waiter, and Waitress.

The 210 city characters cover fashionable, casual, beach and vacation, festive and themed, classically dressed, cold-climate, summer, and unique stylish appearances. Clothing is provided as separate 3D models, so individual items can be replaced, removed, or mixed between character configurations. Each character also has an individual index number for locating models.

Clothing, Props, and Animation

The pack contains 1100 unique clothing assets organized into categories including Hair, Facial Hair, Headwear, Glasses & Masks, Jewelry, Backpacks & Bags, Gloves, Footwear, Costumes & Outfit Sets, Outerwear, Shirts & Tops, Blazers & Jackets, Dresses, and Bottoms. The clothing assets are made for different body types and both genders and can be mixed and matched for character customization.

More than 150 thematic animations cover everyday actions such as walking, running, sitting, relaxing, talking, gesturing, interacting with objects, taking photos, using a phone, drinking, eating, waving, and shopping. A movement controller is also included, with WASD movement available when the game mode is started. The pack can additionally use animations from the Mixamo library, which provides more than 2,600 additional animations.

The 100 props cover everyday items, travel and outdoor objects, sports and recreation equipment, tools and equipment, art and office supplies, and miscellaneous scene objects. Examples include smartphones, tablets, coffee cups, suitcases, bouquets, basketballs, soccer balls, flashlights, walkie-talkies, cameras, selfie sticks, briefcases, trophies, and medical kits.

Animals and Technical Compatibility

There are 13 animal models, consisting of several dog breeds and stylized cats, with multiple color variations and animations. The listed dog models include Doberman, Labrador, Dachshund, Pomeranian, and Pomeranian Puppy. Dog animations include Idle, Walk, Run, Sit, Lie, LieSleep, LieHappy, AskToPlay, GivePaw, Flip, Turn, and Bark.

The models use a limited number of textures, an optimized mesh, and simple shaders. The package provides two files for different Unity versions, with the scene set up for the Built-in Render Pipeline, Universal Render Pipeline (URP), and High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP). The compatibility information covers Unity 2022.3.22f1 and Unity 6000.0.28f1 across all three render pipelines.
